FAQ
Can I install the turfgrass myself?
Putting down the turfgrass is not a complicated job. The most important and time-consuming job is the correct preparation of ground and surface. A family familiar with gardening should have no difficulties to put down turf grass no larger than 300m2. Anything larger then 300m2 we recommend you choose one of the landscapers. Find out more about the preparation of the ground and the process of laying down the turf grass.
Is turfgrass artificial?
EasyGreen Turfgrass is completely natural product. It is a mass of living plants and soil. Grass rolls are specially grown grass fields cut into smaller sections, rolled up and prepared to be installed as a garden. Very often turf grass is mixed up with artificial grass rolls. Remember – artificial grass is not a living organism, it has been created in a factory. It does not smell, does not grow and most importantly it does not produce oxygen, like natural grass. It has been scientifically proven that 250m2 of lawn produces enough oxygen for a family of 4.
Are there different types of turfgrass?
Turfgrass can differ depending on the following criteria:
- Seed mix. EasyGreen can offer 4 different selections of lawn
- The size of the roll – classic roll is 40cm wide, but there are 60cm, 1m, 1.2m, and even 2.4m widths available worldwide. EasyGreen can supply 1.2m wide rolls for sports grounds – EasyGreen Stadium.
